Please, kindly note that we are doing our best to make sure that your items are carefully produced and delivered on time.
However, due to the COVID pandemic, we are also affected by delays and issues.
Though Etsy provides a delivery timeframe, which we strive to meet up with by working day and night to produce your lovely items and deliver them asap, however, the delivery estimates are only estimates. We do not have any control over the package once it leaves our studio. ALL shipping carriers have been experiencing delays, but once a package shipped out of our studio, we have little or no control over it. However, we try as much as possible to get updates about all our shipments, just to make sure they are delivered to you.
PLEASE learn about our updated production and shipping time frame, and most definitely, we are always available to answer any all the queries you might have.

Due to the impact of COVID-19 on all carriers and shipping processes, please be informed that we would not be liable to issue refunds for packages that arrive later than the estimated delivery date.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Let Us know if there is any damage to the Item you ordered, and we would like to assist you to the fullest if we have made any mistake. But if the item you are ordering is dislike or If you have manually damaged the item your ordered, we will not agree to it. No refunds will be made.
