Shipping Policy
Shipping is dependent upon weight, distance and side of the packages being shipped. I use USPS for all items. Preference for priority and/or flat rate shipping.
You will be informed when your item is shipped!
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your item(s), please communicate that with me! I only want my customers to be completely satisfied with what they have purchased.
I have a 100% open door policy and I will do whatever it takes (within reason) to meet all customers requests.
I'm very proud of what TGR has become and I want to keep it that way!
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
You have 24 hours to cancel your order without any penalties.
Returns/Exchanges can certainly be made as long as the product is returned in the original (new) condition. The purchaser pays for return shipping.
