Shipping Policy
- All in stock items will be shipped within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, Holidays excluded),
- All Custom Orders/Backorders will require 2 weeks for production time since each item is handcrafted and 3-5 days for actual shipping time,
- Shipping is currently available only within the US.
Refund Policy
Each resin item you order is handcrafted individually with care. This process results in truly unique items for which there may be slight differences, imperfections, or variations from the listing photos to the received products.
Returns and refunds are not accepted; except in the event that an item arrived damaged from the shipping process. To request a refund or replacement for a damaged item, please contact me via the contact form. Please indicate whether you are requesting a refund or replacement.
NOTE: Due to differences in users’ devices the color of the displayed item may vary from its true color. No refunds will be issued for color differences.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Backordered items will be in the colors you have selected; but the actual design will vary from the listing photo as each item is individually handcrafted and unique.
