Shipping Policy
- The Buyer selects from the available items in the Store: the method of delivery of the goods and the method of payment for the order, and also provides the data necessary to complete the order.
- The Seller is obliged to deliver the goods without defects.The order completion date is specified in the Store.
- In a situation where, under one order, the Buyer purchased goods with different delivery dates, the order will be processed in the date applicable to the goods with the longest term.
Please clarify all your doubts before buying. We pack product export packed with bubble paper, shredded paper and cartoon box. It will not get damaged on the way.
Refund Policy
Our projects are made only on the client's request, therefore the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply.
You can cancel your order 24 hours after its placing without giving any reason.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
In the event of a defect in the goods, the buyer has the option of complaining about the defective goods.
The buyer should notify the seller of the product defect immediately.
Our projects are covered by a 2-year warranty (12 months for entrepreneurs).
