Goods are shipped from Sydney Australia via Australia Post, it may take up to 3 weeks to receive your parcel, depending on the current world conditions.
Refund Policy
Exchanges: We accept exchanges of most unused and unworn merchandise within 7 days of the received date. To exchange your order, please include the original invoice with your contact information, along with your desired selection. All exchange orders will incur a new shipping, handling and insurance charge. Please note: PearlGem Designs accepts returns and exchanges for products purchased directly via PearlGem Designs only.
If you need to return goods because they are defective other than because of damage during the shipping process, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of parcel. If you do not contact us within that time, the goods will be considered to have been delivered in good condition and accepted by you.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Merchandise in a new and saleable condition may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of the ship date. Items must be accompanied by the original documentation.
Please be advised that we are not able to accept any form of refund or exchange for personalized or custom items.
