Shipping Policy
All of my items are custom created just for you. That means it takes some time to create them to your request. Usually items are made in 7-10 business days. However, with continuing to serve our country in the U.S. Army Reserve this requires me to be away from home. If you place an order and I'm away, I'll reach out as soon as possible to give you an updated arrival time.
Refund Policy
As all items are custom created for each individual, refunds are not authorized. If you have a question or concern about your order, please contact David Massing, Owner of Made by Massing, LLC to help resolve your issue to the best of our ability.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If you placed an order in error, please reach out to me as soon as possible at madebymassing@gmail.com. If I have not started the order or purchased the materials, I'll be happy to cancel the order and provide a refund.
