All orders are packaged and shipped in 3-5 business days unless otherwise requested (ie- expedited shipping)
Refund Policy
Refunds only permitted on damaged product incurred during the shipping process and Earthquake Spices must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of shipment.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Returns accepted only on unopened and untampered with product, any opened product cannot be returned nor will be accepted as a refund candidate. Exchanges are welcomed on returned and unopened product if refund is declined and exchange is preferred. Both a refund AND Exchange WILL NOT Be granted.
