Shipping Policy

Following are the terms and
conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders (except tumbler orders) are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays, unless special accommodations have been made.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day or two. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping is based off of zip code and package weight. Shipping upgrades are available for faster delivery:

USPS Flat Rate - $8.75

USPS Priority Express - varies by location - inquire

FedEx Home Delivery - varies by location - inquire

FedEx Priority Overnight - varies by location - inquire

***Overnight delivery is ONLY available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States***

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

D&M ships to P.O. boxes, but at this time we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

D&M is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All
fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

D&M is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you
received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S

Thanks for shopping at D&M! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:


* Live pet food/treats (ie. mealworms, roaches, etc.)
* Downloadable/digital products (ie. SVG files, vectorized images, etc.)
* Some health and personal care items (ie. masks, bandanas, etc.)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You should have received an email with your purchase confirmation, this will work.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer as our items are customized/tailored to fit your needs and requests!

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)


* Shipping upgrades were requested - Shipping costs will be deducted from refund amount.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (usually 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded and are final!

Exchanges (if applicable)


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at tmhtlh1@gmail.com and we will provide a return address. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping


To return your product, you should email us. Once the email is received, we will provide a return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Custom/Personalized Item Cancellations


We apologize, but we do not accept returns or provide refunds for personalized/custom items unless it is requested due to an error made on our behalf (incorrect name spelling, incorrect colors, etc.) Cancellation requests for personalized/custom orders should be made no later than 24 hours after the original order time/date. Any cancellation requests made AFTER 24 hours will not be accepted and the buyer will still be held responsible for all costs associated with the purchase. If you need to request a change to your personalized/custom order, you must also do this within the same 24 hour window after ordering.
