Shipping Policy
Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping. Shipping to the US and outside of the UK will be sent via Royal Mail international tracked delivery. Please allow the full fulfilment time of 3-5 days plus expected delivery time for the destination country before reporting missing or late delivery.
Refund Policy
Refunds cannot be made if items are personalised. If a refund is requested it must be made within 7 days of receiving the item. Buyer is responsible for return cost and any loss or damages.
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery ( this is the day the item is posted) and in all the original packaging and in the original condition. Once the returned item has been received a full refund will be issued as long as all the above has been met.

If an item is requested for an exchange the buyer is responsible for return costs and shipping costs of the new item. The new item will only be dispatched once the original item has been received.
