Shipping Policy
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Please allow 3-5 days plus expected delivery time before reporting your package missing or late.
Refund Policy
Refunds can NOT be made if your items are personalized. If you choose to request a refund, it must be made within 7 days of package delivery. Buyer is responsible for return postage cost and any loss or damages to the items. Items must be returned within 14 days of original delivery date (the day of post mark) and in all original packaging and in the original condition. Once the return item has been received, a full refund will be granted as long as the criteria above has been met.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Buyer is responsible for return cost and any loss or damages. Items must be returned within 14 days of original delivery date and in the original packaging. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours before the item is dispatched. If buyer is requesting an exchange, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and shipping of the new item. The new item will not be sent out until the original item has been returned.
