    Women’s large leather drawstring bucket bag. Made with yellow Badalassi Carlo Italian leather. 

    The yellow smooth and pebbled Badalassi Carlo veg tan leather is top grade leather. It is full grain and has a nice supple feel with a small amount of firmness. It is a vacchetta leather that is infused with a special blend of Italian fat wax giving it the famous hand and feel attribute. This leather has a beautiful smooth grain with a beautiful depth to the leather color. The veg tan will have an amazing patina as it ages.

    I used Fil au Chinois “Lin Cable” Waxed Linen Thread with this bucket bag. This high quality thread is made in France and is used by high end/luxury craftsmen. It is well known for its high strength, quality weave and beautiful rich colors.  

    I use Buckleguy hardware which is a high quality retailer of handbag hardware, buckles, purse hardware,

• High quality nickel plated hardware.

• Purse feet to protect bottom of bag. 

• Drawstring closure opens and closes very smoothly.

• Shoulder/ crossbody strap adjustable operates very smoothly. Lengthen or shortened effortlessly.

• Use golden mink oil to protect leather.

All the leather is treated with Golden Mink Oil which will protect and soften leather while replenishing the oils that dry out after repeated wetting and drying. Golden Mink Oil is used for waterproofing, preserving and conditioning.

All of my bags are completely 100% handmade by me. All bag stitching is hand sewn without use of a sewing machine.
