Free Range Markets customers may not directly cancel their orders.  Only a seller (vendor) may cancel an order.

• Customers may request a cancellation directly by vendor contact information.
• Sellers may cancel orders:
  • The buyer did not pay.
  • Both the buyer and vendor agree to cancel the transaction before shipment and the seller will then issue the buyer a full refund.
  • Both the buyer and vendor agree that a refund or a return is in order.
